Our listing service for all pre-construction residential projects in Toronto has been steadily growing since its launch earlier in the year; as a result we were recently featured in the National Post. The National Post spoke to our CEO Frank Guido who explained that the listing service eliminates the use of spreadsheets and other cumbersome analysis when looking for a condo. CondoNow features a comprehensive search that allows our visitors to compare floor plans and search condos based on many variables such as walk score, occupancy dates, amenities, and many more. The National Post touched on CondoNow’s additional features which include information on launches, remnant inventory, and a system that connects users to potential agents based on their expertise of selected neighbourhoods. Users can also select an agent based on language, a feature never seen before on any real estate listing service. We have been steadily growing and delivering on the promise that searching for a Toronto condo has never been easier.
We hope to be expanding to the rest of the Canada in the near future ensuring condo seekers everywhere will soon be able to find condos in a “more organized” fashion, as the National Post declared.
